The 2025 bowling season came to a thrilling conclusion last night at Eden Superbowl, as Team Brunswick clinched the Malta Bowling Association (MBA) BOV Premier League title.
Needing just two points from their final match to secure the championship, Team Brunswick left nothing to chance, delivering a dominant performance against Team Supersonic to claim all eight points in a convincing 8–0 victory.
While Brunswick’s title win was effectively assured, the real drama unfolded just below them in the standings. Team Powerfruit, who began the night in second place, suffered a surprise 6–2 defeat against Team BOV. Team BOOM KVH also fought hard in their match against Team Royal Shock, aiming to secure third place with a full eight-point win. However, they managed to collect only six points, which meant they finished the season in fourth place, level on points with Team Powerfruit but behind on total pinfall.
